Returns Policy:
Faulty/ Damaged/ Missing Items
If you receive damaged/ faulty items, please report this via email or phone quoting your invoice number.
We will request a photograph of the damaged/ faulty items for our stock control purposes.
Once we receive a photo, we will issue a credit for the value of the damaged item.
On occasion we may require for the items to be returned to us. In such cases, we will require for the item to be returned to us as a second class parcel and issue a credit for the delivery together with a credit for the item.
Credit against next order, rather than a replacement is given for breakages or items omitted from your order. Please note that all breakages or shortages must be reported within 2 working days from delivery of your order.
Please be aware that we do not, as a rule, post credit notes out. A note is made against your record and this will be applied against your next order.
For export orders:
We require for any issues with export orders to be reported via email ideally. When reporting the issue, please quote your invoice number and the item code(s) of all items you wish to report. Thanks to this we can trace and rectify the issue swiftly and with minimal hassle to yourself.

Returns
If you change your mind, order an incorrect item or order too many items, you may return the items, provided that their packaging is intact and in a saleable condition. The items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery of your order and at your own cost. A credit for goods will be issued.
Due to the fact that these are brand new items, we cannot accept items that have been used/installed. Buyers are responsible for ensuring item is correct prior to purchase. Every effort is made to ensure descriptions are accurate. All/any accessories, original packing will be noted/visible in the listing, do NOT assume any accessories/extras will be included. Buyer pays postage costs, and should ensure item is returned it the same condition it was received. Buyer is responsible for ensuring returning items are adequately packed and insured, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost/damage during transit.

Registration and Log-in
Please note that https://moonlightretail.com retail website. We need to know your name, company name, address (delivery and invoice), contact telephone number and email address.
Your personal information will never be shared with any third party companies in any way, with the exception of our nominated couriers.
Orders
Order processing takes place Monday -Friday, 9am – 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
Our system sends an automatic email confirmation after an order has been submitted via the website. This email is NOT the final invoice
Delivery
After we have received payment we endeavour to send your parcel out within 5 working days. Payment by cheque may result in a longer despatch time.
Please make sure you provide us with a full delivery address when you place your order. This also includes any special instructions for the courier (i.e. safe place where the goods can be left, additional directions if your property is difficult to locate).
Please note that failure to provide a full delivery address and any possible special instructions may delay your order. KT Stock Ltd are not liable for delays due to insufficient address details provided.
Out Of Stock Items
We try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we do not charge for this item. We will try to offer you an alternative if possible.
Paying by credit card: Any differences (due to discounts or unavailability of an item) are refunded back to your credit card. BACS/ Cheque: Any differences in payment will be noted as credits to be used against next order.
Please note we do not offer a back-order service.
Payment
We accept payments by credit or debit cards, PayPal, cheques or BACS. KT Stock Ltd retains ownership of all goods until payment is received in full.
All Credit Cards refunds are processed within a couple of days after the order has been invoiced, however, at busy times (September – January), please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
For international buyers, we only accept payment via bank transfer. All bank transfer costs belong to the customer.
If less than the total amount is received, we will have to reduce the product quantity of the order accordingly.
Prices
All prices quoted are Ex-. We make every effort to keep the prices on our website up to date, however any changes to said prices are subject to change without notice. The prices on the website supersede any other sources. If all discounts and offers do not display in the shopping cart, it will be calculated on the final invoice.
Replacement / Credit

d) Any director or representative of the Customer will be deemed to be its authorized signatory and thereby guarantee the Customer’s acceptance of its obligations under this agreement.
e) Failure of either party to exercise or enforce any right within this agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such right.
